Just doesnt work

Its a shame, cuz it looked like an interesting game. Visuals are nice and sound is impressive.
I ran it on a brand new (2011 model) 15" MBP. Got into the 2nd stage of the demo (attacking your enemy) and all of a sudden the game freezes. Sound still plays and tutorial visual still loops, but it doesnt register that I have actually performed the action (swiping across the enemys body), and continues to try to get me to perform that action.
